EXCHANGE POLICY
If you purchase an item that does not fit we will offer an exchange for the correct sizing (subject to the availability of stock).  

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE
Item/s must be returned within 21 days of collection & items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition with all the original labels and tags attached. 
You will be required to pay for return postage by supplying a return self-addressed satchel so we can return your new size to you.

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE GARMENT CAN I EXCHANGE FOR THE CORRECT SIZE? Yes we are happy to exchange you item for the correct size if we have the stock available. Item/s must be returned within 21 days of collection & must be returned unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition with all the original labels and tags attached. You will be required to pay for return postage by supplying a return self-addressed satchel so we can return your new size to you.

IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THE ITEM/S I ORDERED CAN I GET A REFUND? Sorry, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you choose carefully before placing your order.

IS THERE A CUT OFF FOR HAVING MY ORDER POSTED? Yes, your order must be placed before 28th September to ensure we can ship it and have it at your door before Race Day.

CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
Yes, local orders being shipped within Australia can be tracked. On your Order Shipped email will be your Australia Post Tracking Number; simply go to the Australia Post website and enter your Tracking Number to view the up to date tracking. Please note it can take up to 24 hours after lodging the order as shipped for Aust Post to update their website.

I PAID FOR LOCAL POSTAGE, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? We send all local orders with Australia Post so please allow 5 – 7 days for it to arrive. If you haven’t received your order after 7 days please use YOUR Tracking Number and the Australia Post tracking service to track your item and this will show you it’s location.  

I PAID FOR INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? Please allow two weeks for your order to arrive. If you haven’t received your order after 14 days please contact us on our enquiries line +613 9864 1118 so we can assist you.

MY POSTAGE TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T REGISTERING WITH AUSTRALIA POST? Please allow 24 hours from receiving your Postage Confirmation Email for the Australia Post website to be updated. If after 24 hours your Tracking Number is still showing as ‘Not Registered’ please contact us on our enquiries line 03 9864 1118 so we can assist you.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER INSTEAD OF HAVING IT POSTED? Yes, and there is no handling fee so it saves you money! Collect orders can be picked up from the Official Merchandise Shop, details below:
Official Merchandise Outlet; MCG External Concourse, outside Gate 2, Brunton Avenue, Richmond.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER? 
Each item has a Size Chart on the order page that you can check. The Charts detail measurements that will help you to select the correct size for you.
